Australian Consumer Law rights apply to products and services purchased through Mallow & Pip. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To ask us to assess a product or order issue, email mallowandpip@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for information reasonably needed to assess the request.

We will assess requests in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law. This policy does not promise acceptance of change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges.
